Live Long. Live Well. Live Eudai.
"I work with people who are done with programs that leave them destroyed, burned out, and right back where they started."
What I build instead is sustainable. Intentional. Designed for the life you actually have — and the one you want to be living at 50, 60, 70 years old.
I care about the person who wants to bend down and pick up their grandchild without their back giving out. The one who's tired of grunting when they stand up. The one quietly worried about what 70 looks like.
That's what I train people for. Not a season. A life.
An ancient Greek concept meaning human flourishing. Not just happiness. Not just health. The full expression of a life lived well.
Aristotle believed eudaimonia wasn't something that happened to you. It was something you built — through intentional action, consistent practice, and alignment between how you live and who you want to become.
That's the philosophy behind every session.
Every program is built around these three principles. Not aesthetics. Not punishment. Just a sustainable system for living well for a very long time.
Consistent investment in muscle mass as the primary organ of health and long-term capability. Built to last decades, not weeks.
Sharpening physical and cognitive output for high-stress professionals without the risk of burnout or breakdown.
Mobile, pain-free movement strategies that allow you to engage with life fully — on your own terms, for as long as possible.
"Most trainers will push you to your limit. I'd rather help you find yours — and build from there."
Brandon Purvis, NASM CPT · Eudai Live · Oklahoma CityAfter 30, you lose 3-8% of muscle mass per decade without resistance training. Here's why that number matters more than any other health metric.
Bodyweight squats aren't just for beginners. Slow them down, pause at the bottom, and watch what happens to your mobility and strength.
Six week shreds. Swimsuit seasons. The fitness industry has been selling the wrong thing for decades. Here's what actually changes people.
Your first session is free. No commitment. No pressure. Just 30 minutes of movement and a real conversation about your goals.

I didn't get into personal training to build a brand. I got into it because I kept watching people accept things they didn't have to accept.
Back pain that was just "part of getting older." Energy that dried up somewhere in their thirties. A body that used to feel capable and somewhere along the way stopped. People were settling — not because they had to, but because nobody had shown them another way.
I wanted to be that other way.
I'm Brandon Purvis — an NASM certified personal trainer based in Oklahoma City. I founded Eudai Live around a single idea: that how you move shapes how you live. Not just in the gym. Every single day.
I don't run a high-intensity destroy-yourself program. I build people. Intentionally. Sustainably. With corrective exercise, smart nutrition, and training that actually fits your real life — not some idealized version of it.
If you want to feel better at 60 than you do right now, you're exactly who I built this for.

Most people in a calorie deficit lose muscle along with fat. Here's how tracking protein changes the equation completely.
Human flourishing. Not just health, not just aesthetics — the full expression of a life lived well. This is why Eudai Live exists.
"Not sure if you're ready? That's exactly when you should reach out."
— Brandon Purvis, NASM CPTEudaimonia is an ancient Greek word. It's usually translated as "happiness," but that's not quite right. It means something closer to human flourishing — the full expression of a life lived well, built through intentional action rather than found by accident.
Eudai Live is named after it on purpose. Not because it's a clever brand word, but because it's the actual goal.
I didn't get into training because I wanted to help people look a certain way. I got into it because I believe the body is the vehicle for everything else — your work, your relationships, the way you move through your own life. When that vehicle is neglected, everything gets harder than it needs to be.
Eudai Live exists for people who want to feel like themselves again, or maybe for the first time. Not a six-week transformation. A body that holds up.
Strength should serve your life, not the other way around. Recovery counts as training. Consistency beats intensity, every time, for people who actually want this to last. None of it works if it isn't sustainable — so sustainable is where we start.
Build a body that supports your life.
