The Philosophy

My Story

Why I built
Eudai Live.

I didn't get into personal training to build a brand. I got into it because I kept watching people accept things they didn't have to accept.

Back pain that was just "part of getting older." Energy that dried up somewhere in their thirties. A body that used to feel capable and somewhere along the way stopped. People were settling — not because they had to, but because nobody had shown them another way.

I wanted to be that other way.

I'm Brandon Purvis — an NASM certified personal trainer based in Oklahoma City. I founded Eudai Live around a single idea: that how you move shapes how you live. Not just in the gym. Every single day.

I don't run a high-intensity destroy-yourself program. I build people. Intentionally. Sustainably. With corrective exercise, smart nutrition, and training that actually fits your real life — not some idealized version of it.
